除了 Kraken Z63 外，还有 2把Aer P140 风扇，以及 LGA 115X / 2011 / 2066 和 AM4 插槽所需的背板、立柱、水泵固定螺帽和固定冷排风扇的长短螺丝、垫片，至于水泵同样需要额外 USB 连接，这样才可以用软件控制，通过连接线使用SATA 电源供电、3-pin 给主板监控与 4-pin 风扇串接冷排风扇控制等。

NZXT 的水冷安装方式相对简易，但对于第一次安装的新手，建议按照说明书进行安装，说明书有更详细的零件说明与步骤图解，初次安装的玩家也能快速上手。
